Does my business get an invoice?
Yes, our clients will always get supplied with a full invoice from us.
Can I use any music on my project?
Unfortunately not, since music needs licensing and needs to be non copyright we only use music from our licensing company. But don’t worry there is thousands of songs to choose from from every music genre.
How do you send the final film?
Once we go through any edits that we need to do with our films with our client. We will email you the final project in a mov. or MP4 file to your email address via WeTransfer or Google Drive. We want to make it as easy for our clients to get their final product.
How do you accept payment?
Whatever is easiest for our client. We accept Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash, Direct Debit etc. If we need a Purchase Order to get payment we will get that organised before payment.
Do you travel for videography work?
Yes we do, we have travelled to every corner of Ireland in the past 2 years doing work for different companies and businesses.
